#IBCfamily It’s time to build our famous ‘Blue Wall’ in Manchester!
We are delighted to announce that Endeavour Ipswich Basketball Club are organising a supporter’s bus for the Senior Women’s National Cup Final in Manchester on Sunday the 19th January.
The cost of a seat on the bus will be just £20, and is being subsidised by the club to enable our travelling supporters to make the trip to Manchester.
It has been a hectic and, at times, difficult first half of the season, and the cup final is the perfect opportunity to bring the club together and get behind our Women’s team, who are looking to retain the National Cup. We shouldn’t take these Championship games for granted…
Ipswich Basketball Club has a reputation nationally for our travelling support to finals events, even when they are as far away as Manchester and a supporters bus will help us in making sure that everyone who wants to see the team play as the opportunity to do so.
In order to make this financially viable we need to sell ALL 53 seats on the bus, which shouldn’t be difficult for such a massive occasion, and it is hoped that all junior teams at the club will make every effort to travel to the game. It will be an incredible atmosphere and something that we want all of our members to aspire to achieve.
To reserve your seats, please contact Senior Women’s Team Manager Kerrie Laws on EIBC.women1@gmail.com
The bus will be leaving Ipswich at 6.30am (location to be confirmed), stopping on route at Bury St Edmunds and Rugby Services for a comfort break. The bus will be back in Ipswich for approximately 9pm. For more information please contact Kerrie at the above email address.
